Tres castillos: desde Francavilla a Taranto, pasando por Carosino

La reunión con el alcalde de Francavilla Fontana en el Ayuntamiento, el almuerzo en el patio del castillo de Carosino y la visita del Castillo Aragonés de Taranto.

TARANTO – Imperiali, D’Ayala Valva y Aragoneses. Tres dinastías (aunque la historia dice más) para los tres castillos que han sido protagonistas hoy con las Embajadoras de Progreso.

En Francavilla Fontana se reunieron con el alcalde y presidente de la provincia de Brindisi, Maurizio Bruno, y despues sacaron innumerables fotos a lo largo de las escaleras escénicas. En la reunión también estaba Yoon C. Joyce, que mañana por la noche presentará la final mundial junto con Giada Pezzaioli.
El almuerzo se come en el patio del castillo de Carosino: panzerotti, pizza y buen vino han satisfecho todos los participantes.

El día terminó en Taranto con la visita del Castillo aragonés y un tranquilo paseo por las calles de la ciudad vieja.

The meeting at the city hall with the mayor of Francavilla Fontana, the lunch in the courtyard of Carosino’s castle and the visit at the Aragonese castle of Taranto.

TARANTO – Imperiali, D’Ayala-Valva and Aragonese. Three dynasties (although history tells more) for the three castles that have been today’s protagonists with the Ambassadors of Progress.

In Francavilla Fontana they met the mayor and president of the province of Brindisi, Maurizio Bruno, taking countless photos along the scenic stairs. The meeting was also attended by Yoon C. Joyce, that tomorrow night will present the world final’s show together with Giada Pezzaioli.
Lunch was eaten in the courtyard of the castle of Carosino: panzerotti, pizzas and good wine have satisfied all the participants.

The day ended in Taranto with the visit of the Aragonese Castle and a walk through the streets of the old town.

L’incontro col sindaco di Francavilla Fontana nel palazzo municipale, il pranzo nella corte del castello di Carosino e la visita del castello aragonese a Taranto.

TARANTO – Imperiali, D’Ayala-Valva e Aragonesi. Tre dinastie (anche se la storia dice di più) per i tre castelli che sono stati protagonisti con le Ambasciatrici del Progresso.

A Francavilla Fontana esse hanno incontrato il sindaco e presidente della provincia di Brindisi, Maurizio Bruno, scatenandosi in innumerevoli scatti fotografici lungo le scenografiche scale. All’incontro ha partecipato anche Yoon C. Joyce, che domani sera presenterà la serata finale insieme a Giada Pezzaioli.
Il pranzo è stato consumato nel cortile del castello di Carosino: focacce, pizze e buon vino hanno appagato tutti i partecipanti.

La giornata si è conclusa a Taranto con la visita del Castello Aragonese e una tranquilla passeggiata per le vie della città vecchia.

El alcalde Longo dio la bienvenida a los competidoras en la sala del consejo de la ciudad de los Trulli. En la capital de la Valle de Itria un almuerzo de pizza, literalmente devorado por todos.

MARTINA FRANCA – Y hoy tambien las concursantes de Miss Progress International 2016 no han pasado desapercibidas. En sus vistosos uniformes, la multitud de gente que estaba en Alberobello por la fiesta del patrón ha llamado a menudo para una foto.

El alcalde, Michele Longo, a continuación, les dio la bienvenida en la sala del consejo, en presencia de las cámaras de Canale 85.

Il sindaco Longo ha accolto le concorrenti nella sala consiliare della città dei trulli. Nella capitale della Valle d’Itria un pranzo a base di pizza, letteralmente divorata da tutti.

MARTINA FRANCA – E anche oggi le concorrenti di Miss Progress International 2016 non sono passate inosservate. Nelle loro vistose uniformi, la folla della festa patronale di Alberobello le ha spesso chiamate per una foto di gruppo.

Il primo cittadino, Michele Longo, ha poi dato loro il benvenuto nella sala consiliare, alla presenza delle telecamere di Canale 85.

La passeggiata tra i trulli e lo shopping sfrenato hanno preceduto il pranzo a base di… “Pizza Divina”, che non è solo il nome del ristorante gestito dai simpaticissimi coniugi albanesi Arjan e Lady, ma anche il commento di tutti dopo aver mangiato le prelibatezze del posto.

Prima di tornare in hotel, la passeggiata per i vicoli di Martina Franca, capitale della Valle d’Itria.

Las embajadoras de progreso en la Capital Europea de la Cultura de 2019: las vistas desde el mirador y el largo paseo en las carreteras pavimentadas, terminaron justo en frente del lugar eligido por Mel Gibson por “La Pasión de Cristo”.

MATERA – El anuncio hecho en el micrófono del autobús que llevava en Matera a las concursantes de Miss Progress International 2016 sólo ha sido capaz de anunciar el espectáculo en el que ellos y sus compañeros pronto hubieran asistido.
El grupo fue acompañado hasta dos pasos de la Piazza Vittorio Veneto, cuya subterránea inmediatamente ha desencadenado autofotos y planteas por una de las atracciones más pintorescas de la ciudad de Lucania, patrimonio UNESCO de la humanidad.

El paseo se ha articulado pasando por la iglesia de San Juan Bautista, el puesto de observación arriba de la barranca, la Piazza San Pietro Caveoso e incluyó una visita a la Casa Grotta, antes de terminar con un delicioso cóctel en Basiliani Hotel, justo enfrente del lugar que Mel Gibson eligió como escenario de “La Pasión de Cristo”.

Las entrevistas realizadas por el equipo de Canal 85, que sigue el evento todos los días, han tenido un paisaje incomparable como fondo, lo que distingue a la capital europea de la cultura de 2019.

The Ambassadors of Progress in the European Capital of Culture 2019: the views from the belvedere and the long walk on paved roads, ended just in front of the set of Mel Gibson’s “The Passion”.

MATERA – The announcement made at the microphone on the bus that carried the competitors of Miss Progress International 2016 in Matera has not been enough to describe the beauty of the show that they and their companions were about to watch.
The group was accompanied just a few steps away from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, whose “underground” immediately triggered selfies and poses smiling for one of the most scenic attractions of the Lucanian city, UNESCO world heritage.

The path has been articulated through the church of Saint John Baptist, the lookout and the panoramic view on the canyon, San Pietro Caveoso square and included a visit to Casa Grotta, before ending with a tasty cocktail at Basiliani Hotel, right across from the movie set that Mel Gibson chose for “The Passion”.

The interviews conducted by the team of Channel 85, which follows the event every day, have had an incomparable landscape as background, which distinguishes the European Capital of Culture of 2019.

I panorami del belvedere e la lunga passeggiata su strade selciate, terminate al cospetto del set di “The Passion” hanno fatto conoscere alle Ambasciatrici del Progresso la capitale europea della cultura 2019.

MATERA – L’informazione data al microfono del bus che portava le concorrenti di Miss Progress International 2016 a Matera ha potuto solo preannunciare lo spettacolo a cui esse e i loro accompagnatori avrebbero assistito.

La comitiva è stata accompagnata sino a due passi da piazza Vittorio Veneto il cui ipogeo ha subito scatenato selfie e pose sorridenti per una delle più scenografiche attrazioni del capoluogo lucano, patrimonio UNESCO dell’umanità.

Il percorso si è snodato passando per la chiesa di San Giovanni Battista, il belvedere sulla gravina, piazza San Pietro Caveoso e ha incluso una visita a Casa Grotta, prima di concludersi col gustoso aperitivo al Basiliani Hotel, proprio di fronte al set cinematografico che Mel Gibson scelse per ambientare “La Passione di Cristo”.

Le interviste fatte dal team di Canale 85, che segue l’evento tutti i giorni, hanno avuto come sfondo un paesaggio incomparabile, che contraddistingue la capitale europea della cultura del 2019.

Le interviste con la Giuria

Tanta emozione per le concorrenti che, in costume nazionale, sono state intervistate dalla Giuria.

CASTELLANETA MARINA – Al Nicotel Pineto l’ampia sala meeting ha accolto le squadre della Infinity Parrucchieri e della scuola CEAS che hanno allestito le postazioni per truccare e acconciare le concorrenti.

Una a una esse si sono presentate al cospetto della Giuria che ha potuto approfondire la conoscenza dei progetti elaborati su Ambiente, Salute e Diritti Umani.

Anche quest’anno il premio per l’Integrazione Culturale sarà assegnato dalle stesse concorrenti che nei prossimi giorni saranno chiamate a votare chi, ai loro occhi, si è integrata meglio con le altre.
Come sempre, non è stato affatto semplice individuare quali fossero i migliori lavori.
Tutte le Ambasciatrici del Progresso hanno dimostrato di aver compreso appieno la mission del concorso, presentando progetti di elevatissimo contenuto.
Altro elemento caratterizzante la valutazione complessiva è stato il costume tipico del folklore della nazione rappresentata.
L’abito di Miss Progress Italia, Carmen Caramia, è stato messo a disposizione dalla Pro Loco di Oria.

Nel pomeriggio si sono svolte le prime sessioni di prove con i coreografi Matteo Giua e Rosaria Aprile.

The interviews with the Jury

So much emotion for contestants who, in national costume, were interviewed by the jury.

CASTELLANETA MARINA – The large meeting room of Nicotel Pineto welcomed the teams of Infinity and CEAS who have set up stations to make up and styling the contestants.

One by one they have been interviewed by the jury that could deepen the knowledge of the projects on Environment, Health and Human Rights.
Also this year the award for Cultural Integration will be assigned by the same competitors that in the upcoming days will be called to vote who, in their eyes, is the better integrated with the others.
As always, it was not at all easy to identify what were the best jobs.

All the Ambassadors of Progress have shown that the mission of the competition was well understood, presenting very high content projects.
Another element characterizing the overall rating was the typical costume of the represented nation’s folklore.

In the afternoon the first practice sessions were held with the choreographers Matteo Giua and Rosaria Aprile.

Tanta emoción para las competidoras que, en el traje nacional, fueron entrevistadas por el jurado.

CASTELLANETA MARINA – La gran sala de reuniones del Nicotel Pineto dio la bienvenida a los equipos de Infinity y CEAS que han establecido estaciones para maquillar y peinar a las concursantes.
Una por una, se han presentadas al jurado que así ha podido profundizar en el conocimiento de los proyectos sobre Medio Ambiente, Salud y Derechos Humanos.

Tambien este año el premio a la integración cultural será asignado por las mismas competidoras que en los próximos días serán llamados a votar la que, a sus ojos, es mejor integrada con todas.
Como siempre, no fue nada fácil para identificar cuáles eran los mejores trabajos.

Todas las Embajadoras de Progreso han demostrado que entienden la misión de la competencia, y el nivel de los proyectos era muy alto.
Otro elemento que caracteriza la calificación global es el traje típico del folklore del país representado.

Por la tarde se llevaron a cabo los primeros ensayos con los coreógrafos Matteo Giua y Rosaria Aprile.

The bike ride between walls from ancient history

The visit organized by Astrolabio Slow Tour between the Messapian walls and the Plinian Fountain ended at Soloperto Cellars, with wine tasting, a rich buffet and a visit to the plant

MANDURIA – Another beautiful sunny day featured a visit to the Messapian walls of Manduria. Astrolabio Slow Tour, represented by Pasquale and Manuela, have provided the bikes with which the girls have been riding across the park.

The guides have caught everyone’s attention, especially within the spectacular Plinian Fountain, narrating the history and legends related to this important archaeological site.

The visit ended at the Cantine Soloperto where the “hosts” Sabrina and Ernesto offered a rich buffet of typical products. As always, the orecchiette have obtained a resounding success. All this was accompanied by the excellent wines produced by the company which is a longstanding partner of Miss Progress International.

In the afternoon everybody moved to the Nicotel Pineto in Castellaneta Marina, where the group will stay until the end of the event.

En bicicleta entre paredes de historia antigua

El paseo en bicicleta organizado por Astrolabio Slow Tour entre de las paredes mesápica y de la fuente Pliniana terminó a las bodegas Soloperto, con degustación de vinos, un rico buffet y una visita a las plantas.

MANDURIA – Otro hermoso día soleado incluyó una visita a las paredes mesápica de Manduria. Astrolabio Slow Tour, representado por Pasquale y Manuela, han proporcionado las bicicletas con las que se hizo pasar por el parque.

Las guías han captado la atención de todo el mundo, especialmente dentro de la espectacular Fuente Pliniana, narrando la historia y las leyendas relacionados con ese importante sitio arqueológico.

La visita concluyó a la sede de Cantine Soloperto donde los “anfitriones” Sabrina y Ernesto ofrecieron un rico buffet de productos típicos. Como siempre, las “orecchiettas” han obtenido un éxito grandioso. Todo esto fue acompañado por la degustacion de los excelentes vinos, producido por este socio de larga data de la Miss Progress International.

Por la tarde el grupo se transfirió al Nicotel Pineto en Castellaneta Marina, donde se mantendrá hasta el final del evento.

La ciclopasseggiata organizzata da Astrolabio Slow Tour tra le mura messapiche e il fonte pliniano si è conclusa alle Cantine Soloperto, con la degustazione dei vini, un ricco buffet e una visita allo stabilimento

MANDURIA – Un’altra bella giornata di sole ha caratterizzato la visita alle mura messapiche di Manduria. Astrolabio Slow Tour, rappresentata da Pasquale e Manuela, hanno messo a disposizione le bici con le quali è stato attraversato il parco.

Le guide hanno catturato l’attenzione di tutti, specialmente all’interno dello spettacolare Fonte Pliniano, narrando storia e leggende legate all’importante sito archeologico.

La visita si è conclusa allo stabilimento delle Cantine Soloperto dove i “padroni di casa” Sabrina ed Ernesto hanno offerto un buffet ricchissimo di prodotti tipici. Come sempre accade, le orecchiette hanno ottenuto un successo clamoroso. Il tutto è stato accompagnato dall’ottimo vino dell’azienda che è un partner storico di Miss Progress International.

Nel pomeriggio ci si è poi trasferiti al Nicotel Pineto di Castellaneta Marina, dove il gruppo soggiornerà sino al termine della manifestazione.

A cruise between the two seas for the Ambassadors of Progress

A perfect day to break the ice: lots of sunshine for the morning cruise between the Ionian and the Adriatic seas, a refreshing ice cream at Martinucci’s in the afternoon and everyone denacing to greet the summer.

LEUCA – Despite the weather forecast, this year the sun has illuminated the cruise between the two seas that the group of Miss Progress 2016 did on board the “Alexander” thanks to the collaboration of the Consorzio Mari d’Oriente. The mild temperature of the water has also allowed a swim in the crystal clear waters just off the “Three Doors” caves, which have enchanted these travelers from all over the world.

In the afternoon the group moved to Specchia, for a visit to one of the most beautiful old towns in Italy and a detour to the workshop of master pastry chefs Martinucci, letterally stormed to taste their delicious ice cream.

The contestants were presented one by one by Giuseppe Borrillo to the public of the gala dinner hosted by the Messapia Hotel to celebrate the farewell to summer, then went to the pool with an evening party that has definitely made it possible to break the ice between the members of the multi-ethnic group.

Las Embajadoras de Progreso en crucero entre los dos mares

Un día perfecto para romper el hielo: por la mañana un montón de sol para el crucero entre el mar Jónico y el mar Adriático, un refrescante helado de Martinucci por la tarde y todo el mundo a bailar para saludar al verano.

LEUCA – A pesar de la previsión meteorológica, este año el sol ha iluminado el crucero entre los dos mares que el grupo de Miss Progress 2016 hizo a bordo del barco Alexander gracias a la colaboración del Consorzio Mari d’Oriente. La suave temperatura del agua también ha permitido un baño en el mar cristalino en frente de las cuevas “tres puertas”, que han encantado a los viajeros de todo el mundo.

Por la tarde el grupo se trasladó en Specchia, para una visita a una de los pueblos antiguos más bellos de Italia y un desvío taller de maestros pasteleros Martinucci, para probar sus delicioso helados.

Giuseppe Borrillo presentó una a una las concursantes al público de la cena de gala ofrecida por el Messapia Hotel para celebrar la despedida del verano, y luego con la fiesta a lado de la piscina definitivamente ha hecho posible romper el hielo entre los miembros del grupo multiétnico.

Giornata perfetta per rompere il ghiaccio: tanto sole per la crociera mattutina tra ionio e adriatico, un rinfrescante gelato da Martinucci nel pomeriggio e tutti in discoteca per salutare l’estate.

LEUCA – A dispetto delle previsioni meteo, anche quest’anno il sole ha illuminato la crociera tra i due mari che il gruppo di Miss Progress 2016 ha fatto a bordo dell’Alexander grazie alla preziosa collaborazione del Consorzio Mari d’Oriente. La mite temperatura dell’acqua ha permesso anche un bel bagno nelle acque cristalline antistanti le grotte “Tre Porte”, che hanno incantato i passeggeri provenienti da tutto il mondo.

Nel pomeriggio il gruppo si è spostato a Specchia, per la visita a uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia e una gradita capatina al laboratorio artigianale dei mastri pasticcieri Martinucci, presi d’assalto per degustare i loro gustosissimi gelati.

Le concorrenti sono state presentate una a una da Giuseppe Borrillo al pubblico della cena di gala offerta dal Messapia Hotel per festeggiare il saluto all’estate, proseguito poi a bordo piscina con la festa che ha definitivamente consentito di rompere il ghiaccio tra i membri del gruppo multietnico.

Las Embajadoras de Progreso de 2016 son en Puglia

Las participantes en la cuarta edición de Miss Progress International llegaron en el Hotel Messapia de Santa Maria di Leuca. Todas están listas para empezar a descubrir la región más bella del mundo.

LEUCA – Hay varias conexiones de vuelos hasta Brindisi desde Roma y Milán, los aeropuertos internacionales de Italia, y luego se llevó todo el día para contar la llegada, uno por uno, de los invitados a Miss Progress International 2016.
Los servicios de traslado proporcionado por Astrolabio Slow Tour llevó a la los concursantes y sus acompañantes en el Messapia Hotel & Resort de Leuca.
Algunos de ellos llegaron antes que otros y tuvieron la oportunidad de disfrutar la piscina frente al mar para relajarse. Otros han preferido descansar dormiendo después de viajes muy largos y cansados.

The Ambassadors of Progress 2016 are in Puglia

The participants at the fourth edition of Miss Progress International arrived at the Messapia Hotel of Santa Maria di Leuca. Everybody is ready to start discovering the most beautiful region in the world.

LEUCA – There are several flight connections to Brindisi from Rome and Milan, the Italian international hubs, and then it took the whole day to count, one by one, the guests of Miss Progress International 2016. The Astrolabio Slow Tour shuttle services brought safe the contestants and their companions at the Messapia Hotel & Resort of Leuca.
Some of them arrived earlier than others and they had the chance to enjoy some relax by the pool facing the sea. Other have preferred to have some rest sleeping after very long and tiring trips.
